Yes — delivery is free on all orders in the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend. Your order is prepared within 1–2 business days, then delivered within 3–10 business days, tracked. Details in our Shipping Policy.

Of course. You have 30 days from delivery — items unworn, tags on, tried indoors. Email info@deluxfash.com and we'll send the return address and instructions. Return postage is at your cost; refunds are issued within 14 days. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Each product page in our collection includes a UK size guide (3–8) with foot length in centimetres. Classic fit — order your usual UK size; between sizes, choose the larger one. Unsure? Write to info@deluxfash.com.
