Refund policy

30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, whatever the reason. Items must be unworn, with tags and in their original packaging — please try shoes on indoors on a clean surface. Keep your order number as proof of purchase.

Your legal right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy is in addition to this right and never replaces it.

Starting a return

1. Email info@deluxfash.com with your order number.
2. Within 24 business hours we send your return authorisation, the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item with a tracked service — return postage is at your cost (unless the item is faulty or we made an error). Untracked parcels travel at the sender's risk.
4. Unauthorised returns can't be accepted.

Your refund

After we receive and check your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days, confirmed by email. Banks may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us at info@deluxfash.com with your order number and the pair you'd like instead. Once your return is accepted and the original pair is on its way back to us, we'll ship the replacement free of charge. Return postage for the original pair remains at your cost, except for faulty items or our error.

Faulty items and your statutory rights

Check your order on arrival. Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Email us within 7 days with photos — we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, return postage on us. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
