Delivery area

We deliver across the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to PO boxes, BFPO addresses or restricted areas.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

How long delivery takes

Your order is prepared within 1–2 business days, then travels 3–10 business days — an estimated 4–12 business days in total. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT) are processed the next business day. Estimates can stretch during carrier delays or peak periods; we'll email you if a significant delay occurs.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships — enter it on our Track Your Order page. Allow a few days for the first tracking update.

Address problems

If a parcel can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, it may come back to us. We'll contact you to reship; extra costs may apply when the address error was on the order. Please check your address carefully at checkout.

Lost or damaged orders

Write to info@deluxfash.com with your order number (and photos if damaged) — we'll open a carrier investigation and make it right with a replacement or a refund. For consumer purchases, the products remain at our risk until they are delivered to you.
