3. Our products

Each product page presents the essential characteristics (materials, UK size guide, photos). Images are as faithful as possible; slight colour differences can result from screen settings.

4. Ordering & prices

All prices are listed in GBP (£), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on all orders. Prices can change at any time; you pay the price shown at confirmation. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed, evidenced by your confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders showing signs of fraud or error, subject always to your statutory cancellation rights.

5. Delivery, returns & cancellation

Governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, including your 14-day statutory right to cancel — both form part of these Terms. For consumer purchases, the products remain at our risk until they are delivered to you.

6. Liability & statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To the fullest extent permitted, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses.
