Is delivery free?
Yes — delivery is free on all orders in the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend. Your order is prepared within 1–2 business days, then delivered within 3–10 business days, tracked. Details in our Shipping Policy.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Of course. You have 30 days from delivery — items unworn, tags on, tried indoors. Returns: refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Exchanges: tell us the size or colour you'd like and we'll ship the replacement free of charge once your return is on its way — only the return postage is yours. Email info@deluxfash.com to start. How do I find my size?
Each product page in our collection includes a UK size guide (3–8) with foot length in centimetres. Classic fit — order your usual UK size; between sizes, choose the larger one. Unsure? Write to info@deluxfash.com.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number arrives by email at shipment — enter it on our Track Your Order page. First updates can take a few days.
Which payments do you accept?
